"All Aboard," lodging and breakfast
We offer the option of overnighting aboard a boat's cabin, experiencing the Italian Riviera from a unique perspective: The helm of a the recently constructed 12-meter "Bavaria 40." Steady, comfortable and safe, the vessel is equipped for sailing and motor travel. Three double-cabins, two bathrooms, kitchen and living quarters (See photos below)
Stationary Rental
Double Cabin (breakfast included) €90/ couple per night

Moored in the Porto de Le Grazie in the Gulf of La Spezia, the boat can accomodate up to six guests. Minimum two-night stay.
Private Rental
Double cabin and breakfast: €150 /night for 1, 2 or 3 persons
Sea-loving guests may take the boat and explore the coastline privately at their leisure.
Guided excursion
We offer a day-long guided excursions for up to six people. The seven-hour outings depart from Le Grazie and go to Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. Another excursion can be made to the town of Lerici, situated in the islands of the gulf. In case of incliment weather conditions the excursion from Le Grazie will continue to Portovenere and Lerici, crusing among the La Spezia gulf islands.
The skipper will be available for stops along the route at the request of the passengers. Day-trip lasts approx. 7 hours.
Price (Lunch-inclusive): Minimum €160 (1 or 2 persons) €70 /person (in case of 3 or more people)
Stated prices are flat rates, all-inclusive of expenses, in accordance to the general terms and conditions of A Casa.
